The Seat Reservation Policy ensures that current students have the opportunity to secure their place for the upcoming academic year while allowing the school to manage admissions effectively.

To reserve a student’s seat for the next academic year, parents must:

• Complete the annual re-registration process.
• Pay the non-refundable registration fee by the announced deadline.

Once both steps are completed, the student’s place for the upcoming academic year will be officially reserved.

Current AISE students receive priority placement for the next academic year provided that the re-registration process is completed on time.

If the re-registration process is not completed by the deadline, the school reserves the right to:

• Release the seat
• Offer the place to students on the waiting list
• Admit new applicants

Class placement is subject to grade-level capacity limits. Once a class reaches maximum capacity, additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
