- As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and academically focused environment, we would like to remind all families of our School Rules and Regulations. These guidelines are designed to ensure that every student learns in a positive and secure atmosphere.
- We kindly ask that you review and discuss these rules with your child at home, so together we can reinforce the values of discipline, respect, and responsibility.
General Rules and Regulations #
Students are expected to:
- Never bring toys, real or toy weapons, knives, or sharp objects to school.
- Avoid fighting, bullying, or engaging in physical conflict with others.
- Always show respect to teachers, staff members, and fellow students.
- Refrain from using foul or vulgar language.
- Remain on campus unless they have a gate pass issued by the school office.
- Avoid playing in the toilet or water areas and wasting water.
- Stay out of classrooms during break time unless accompanied by a teacher.
- Do not bring electronics or mobile phones to school (except school tablet PC); confiscated items will not be returned.
- Always act with honesty; cheating is not tolerated.
- Respect the property and belongings of others.
- Avoid throwing objects or causing disturbance in class.
- Show respect for all cultures and religions.
- Never give gifts or money to any school staff member.
- Keep the school environment clean and take care of all school property.
- Do not bring gum or candy to school.
- Avoid playing on stairs or in unsafe areas.
- Attend school regularly and punctually. Medical certificates are required for illness-related absences.
- Wear the proper school uniform neatly with socks and closed shoes.
- Maintain good personal grooming and hygiene.
- Always raise your hand before speaking in class.
- Use English on campus at all times.
- Complete classwork and homework on time and always do your best!
- Keep the campus clean by putting trash in the proper bins.
- Use the hallway passport to go out of the classroom
- Do not celebrate any kind of event in the school compound or out of school without the knowledge of the school.
- Students shall not create any social media group that may expose them to cheating each other.
Uniform and Grooming Guidelines #
For Grades 1–5 Students:

- Gray trousers
- Gray vest, and
- Light cream shirt.
For Grades 6–8 Students:

- Gray trousers/skirt and
- Gray necktie,
- Light cream shirt, and
- Golden beige sweater.
For Grades 9–10 Students:

- Blue-black trousers/skirt and
- Blue-black necktie,
- Light blue shirt, and
- Light grayish sweater.
For Grade 11–12 Students:

- Blue-black trousers/skirt and
- Blue-black necktie,
- Light blue shirt, and
- Light periwinkle sweater.
Additional Dress Code Rules: #
- Boys must keep their hair short and neatly trimmed.
- Girls must tie their hair neatly in single plaits using simple hair bands.
- Students with incomplete, shabby, or dirty uniforms will not be allowed in class. Parents will be called to bring a proper uniform or take the child home.
- No large earrings (only small “O” size allowed), friendship bands, colored hair, or colored nails are permitted.
- Girls’ skirts must be below mid-calf length; no miniskirts allowed.
- Students must wear socks every day with closed shoes (no sandals or slippers).
- Socks must cover the ankles.
- Boys must not pierce their ears.
- Boys must not gel or freeze their hair, and girls should avoid inappropriate hairstyles or excessive hair ornaments.
- Parents should check their child’s appearance before they leave home each day.
- Students wearing inappropriate uniforms will be sent home to change.
- Chapsticks and lipstick are not allowed.
Disciplinary Measures #
Minor infractions (e.g., tardiness, uniform issues) may result in the loss of privileges/detention, or in additional classwork. Serious or repeated violations (e.g., fighting, lying, cheating, disrespect) will follow this process:
Step 1: Parents are called for a conference to discuss the student’s behavior and sign an agreement to cooperate in correcting it.
Step 2: A second conference will be held, and the student may be suspended for one week, receiving zero for missed work.
Step 3: Persistent misbehavior will lead to expulsion from the school.
Immediate Dismissal #
The following actions will result in immediate expulsion:
- Smoking or having/using prohibited substances.
- Forming boyfriend/girlfriend relationships in school.
- Fighting or violence in and out of the school compound.
- Disrespecting staff, including guards and cleaners.
- Damaging school property.
- Parental refusal to comply with school rules or aggressive behavior toward staff.
- Engaging in actions outside school that reflect poor character or bring disrepute to the school.
