The process

Inquiry & Campus Visit (Optional)
Start by contacting our admissions office to learn more about our curriculum, values, and campus life. You are welcome to schedule a campus tour or virtual meeting.

Submit application
Complete the Student Application Form, available online. Make sure to attach all the necessary documents:

Pay Registration Fee
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of 30,000 ETB is required to process your application.
Payment options and instructions will be shared after form submission.

Entrance Assessment / Interview
Students may be invited to take a placement test or attend a short interview (based on grade level). This helps us ensure the right fit and academic support.

Admissions Decision
You will receive an official admission decision within 5–7 business days after all documents and assessments are complete.

Enrollment & Orientation
Once accepted, you will receive: An offer letter Tuition invoice and payment plan options Welcome package and academic calendar Schedule for Parent & Student Orientation
Required enrollment documents
Complete the Student Application Form available online.
Make sure to attach the following documents:
- Birth certificate or passport copy
- Recent passport-size photo
- Previous school reports (last 2 years, if applicable)
- Health and immunization records
- Parent/guardian ID

Admissions Timeline
We accept rolling applications, but early registration is recommended due to limited seats. Priority enrollment is given to returning students and siblings.
Admission Philosophy
Admission to AISE is SELECTIVE due to the large number of applications, and is mainly based on the following criteria:
• Age of Student
• AIS Assessment
• Academic Records of the last two years
• Seat Availability
Once full capacity is reached, students who meet the school’s acceptance criteria but are not admitted will be placed on a waiting list.
